Job Description

The Bridge Group Construction, a general contractor specializing in senior living facilities, is seeking experienced Project Managers and Superintendents in Texas. Our mission is to positively impact the environment seniors live in, and we take pride in serving owners, operators, and investors to create vibrant senior communities. We construct innovative spaces through strategic and meticulous planning, providing our partners with redesigned and value-add portfolios that generate business results.

We are seeking individuals that can fulfill the following job functions:

1. Supervise projects throughout the construction process, ensuring completion in accordance with the scope, plans, budget, and schedule using company project management software.

2. Maintain production activities and client relations by overseeing subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors. Review scheduling, job overhead, job performance, and cost reports. Ensure jobs are completed at or below budget.

3. Supervise subcontractors and vendors, including obtaining bids, hiring, scheduling, submitting pay requests, and overseeing all project work.

4. Maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure project satisfaction and potential future business.

5. Produce high-quality, profitable projects by monitoring project costs and adhering to budgets.

6. Notify leadership and estimators when change orders are needed and assist with their execution.

7. Ensure excellent communication between clients and field operations.

8. Monitor material costs to reduce project-related waste.

9. Provide consistent updates to the company on job statuses, schedules, issues, etc.

10. Ensure safe working conditions for employees, subcontractors, and clients on all projects.

11. Provide technical assistance, including interpreting plans, notes, shop drawings, submittals, and scopes of work, and recommending construction methods and equipment use.

12. Hire and fire subcontractors and vendors in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Bridge Group policies and procedures.

13. Perform any other tasks reasonably requested by Bridge Group management.
