Job Location: This position is located at Bellefontaine Habilitation Center, 10695 Bellefontaine Rd., Saint Louis, MO 63137. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with Saturday/Sunday/Holidays as days off.

What you’ll do: This is a supervisory position responsible for directing and coordinating storekeeping, and related functions for a state facility. An employee at this level will be accountable for all inventory and store functions, and supervision and training of employees. Employee supervision includes hire recommendations, training, planning, and assigning work, performance assessment, coaching, and progressive discipline. In addition, the incumbent will be expected to have the knowledge and skills to perform and review work.

• Complete food orders for the facility, including special events, using the CBORD- nutrition software.
• Maintain and rotate disaster food in storage.
• Oversee the cleanliness of the Food Distribution Center (FDC).
• Set up sinks for wash, rinse, and sanitation purposes.
• Maintain regular contact with vendors, home staff, purchasing staff, and others, as needed.
• Directly Supervise Stores/Warehouse Assistants

All you need for success as a Stores/Warehouse Supervisor:

• Four or more years of experience in food ordering process, maintaining proper records.
• Food Safety experience is preferred.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
