What You’ll Do

As a Store Supervisor , you’ll be a key player in ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently every day. You’ll support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager , coach the sales team, and create an inspiring shopping experience for our customers. Your role includes:

• Customer Experience – Lead by example and coach your team to provide outstanding service that keeps customers coming back.
• Sales & Operations – Help execute sales strategies, assist in scheduling, and ensure smooth store operations to maximize performance.
• Store Presentation – Maintain a visually appealing sales floor, oversee shipment processing, and ensure merchandising aligns with Edikted brand standards.
• Loss Prevention & Safety – Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols to protect both employees and customers.
• Team Leadership – Support in training, developing, and motivating the team to hit goals and grow within the company.
• Daily Store Routines – Assist with store openings/closings, manage workflow, and ensure operational excellence.

Who You Are

• A natural leader with 1-2+ years of retail experience in a similar role.
• Passionate about fashion and helping customers find their style.
• A multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment with an eye for detail.
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs, move around the store with ease, and handle physical tasks when needed.
• Open to working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable with basic computer skills (browser navigation, data entry, scheduling tools).
• A strong communicator who fosters a positive, inclusive team culture.
