Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year

Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Property Accountant to join our dynamic team in the Commercial Real Estate industry.
Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day accounting operations of our commercial real estate portfolio
Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property managers, lenders, and investors
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity
Review and approve accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
2+ years of experience in Property Accounting, preferably in commercial real estate
Proficiency in Yardi software
CPA preferred, but not required
