About the role Growth Product Managers at Betterment play a specialized role in product management, focusing on building best-in-class user acquisition and activation experiences. They serve as a critical bridge between Marketing and feature development teams. Our mission at Betterment is to make people's lives better, and Growth PMs contribute by expanding our reach, streamlining the onboarding funnel, and enabling internal teams to engage users throughout their journey. As a Growth PM, you will drive product-led growth by executing a roadmap of features and experiments aimed at increasing Betterment's revenue base. This highly collaborative, data-driven role works closely with the Marketing organization to drive business growth and enables internal teams to deepen our engagement with existing customers. You will lead growth initiatives across acquisition and activation by collaborating with cross-functional partners in engineering, design, marketing, and analytics. This role is based out of our NYC office. Below we've reflected the base salary range we would offer for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
