**_Sr. IT Analyst for Intelligrated Headquarters LLC (Mason, OH)_** **_RESPONSIBILITES:_** + Act as the liaison between the business and IT solutions to define customer requirements for deployment of new business applications. + Support process redesign and provide training to users to facilitate rapid adoption to applications. + Ensure delivery of highly effective solutions that improve IT user experience. + Provide inputs for business cases and identify and resolve critical process gaps. + Document new processes, support user adoption plans, conduct process and deployment reviews, assist with test strategy, support super users and assist leaders to manage change. + Work upon projects in Oracle R12 version in tomain of Supply Chain/ Production domain, Order to cash, planning, procure to pay and provide solutions in OM, Inventory, BOM, ASCP, WIP, PO, iProcurement, iSupplier, Advance Pricing, Shipping, Receivables, Payables, GL, VCP modules. + Work with the team and design solutions for using tools or programming languages such as Oracle PLSQL, Oracle Workflow, xmL reports, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle application framework (OAF), EDI, Unix shell scripts, JDeveloper, Toad. + Coordinate with third party software or tool providers to resolve business issues and bugs. + Design and draft documents using various AIM documents. **_YOU MUST HAVE:_** + Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor's degree* or foreign equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and 6 years of experience with the implementation, maintenance, and modernization of ERP applications such as Oracle or SAP, with expertise in key modules including: Procure to Pay: Purchasing, Receiving, Accounts Payable, Manufacturing: Bill of Materials (BOM), Work in Progress (WIP), Inventory, Order Management, Shipping, Pricing, Receivables, and Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP). + Must have 5 years of experience with the following: experience in managing and system integrations; Requirement gathering and fit/gap analysis; Preparing Proof of Concept (PoC) for technical solutions and assisting in proposal development and bidding for new projects; Ability to envision a comprehensive integrated solution, providing design and architecture guidelines, and collaborating with developers to ensure compliance with architectural blueprints; Proficiency in technology such as SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Workflow, Unix/Linux Shell scripting, WebADI, EDI, XML Publisher and Oracle Application Framework (OAF) to assist the business and recommend workarounds or future projects; Interface with business process owners for prioritizing ERP projects and enhancements, collaborating with IT team members to execute projects effectively. + * Employer will accept 2 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree. **_ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:_** + Job Site: Mason, OH + 40 hours/week + Eligible for Employee Referral Program: $1500 + If offered employment must have legal right to work in U.S. EOE.
