Job Title: Assembler / Custom Club Builder / Sports Assembler

Pay Rate: $16 - $17/hr

Location: Carlsbad, CA

Duration: 6 months assignment

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly of golf clubs in a fast - paced manufacturing environment
• Works with hand tools and machines to complete assemblies
• Follows verbal and written mechanical instructions such as blueprints, assembly layouts, and sketches to complete a wide variety of club assemblies and sub-assemblies.
• Performs quality checks and participates in problem identifications and resolutions.
• Able to train entry level assemblers and sets a positive example with peers
• Able to lift 10-20 pounds throughout the day; stands for long hours
• Able to read and understand work instructions and specifications
• Ability to perform minor mechanical assembly calculations
• Other duties can be assigned
• Represent the brand and utilize the client 4Keys (Fair, Honest, Positive, Creative) in all decisions, actions, processes and practices.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma.
• Must have a manufacturing background.
• Knowledge of custom Golf Club iron bending processes preferred.
• Job demands moderate physical strength with pushing and pulling.
• Must be able to lift 25lbs.
• Must be able to stand most of the workday.
• Ability to use and read small gauges and measuring devices.
• Open to working daily overtime and weekends.
• Must be able to contribute to the team and handle constantly changing manufacturing requirements .
• Good attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communications skills.
• Desire good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to take direction accurately and able to work independently.
