We’re looking for a warm, joyful, and enthusiastic Spanish-speaking Early Childhood Educator to join our little community! The ideal candidate is passionate about early learning, energized by child-led exploration, and excited to be part of a small, family-centered program rooted in Christian values.

In this role, you’ll support bilingual language development, and create a safe, fun, and developmentally rich environment where every child feels seen and cherished.

• Nurture, guide, and play alongside children ages 0–5 in a cozy home-based environment
• Support Reggio-inspired, play-based experiences that spark joy and curiosity
• Support bilingual growth through Spanish immersion and warm conversation
• Build authentic, supportive relationships with children and families
• Keep our learning spaces tidy, inviting, and full of beauty
• Participate in daily routines - snacks, diapering, rest time, outdoor adventures, and more
• Model the Christian values that shape the heart of Maravilla House
• Partner with team members on planning, documentation, and communication

• Fluent in Spanish
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to create a joyful, consistent, and nurturing atmosphere
• Legal ability to work in the U.S.

• Experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschoolers
• Interest or experience in the Reggio Emilia approach
• Relevant early childhood education coursework or certifications
