Location: Las Vegas, NV (Primary) with periodic travel to Knoxville, TN
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Studio Manager to build and lead the creation of a state-of-the-art TikTok studio in Las Vegas, NV. This individual will also travel periodically to our 25,000-square-foot warehouse in Knoxville, TN, which houses multiple content studios, to help create content and collaborate with our Knoxville-based team. The candidate will enjoy staying in our luxury guest condo, located next to Aria on the Las Vegas Strip, and will also have access to comfortable accommodations at our TikTok studio in Knoxville during visits.
This role is pivotal in driving our TikTok-first strategy, managing live feeds, producing shoppable content, and distributing videos across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in TikTok live streaming, e-commerce content, and experience working in a creative studio environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Studio Development: Build and manage the TikTok studio in Las Vegas, ensuring it is equipped with the necessary technology and creative tools for high-quality content production.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with influencers and creators to produce engaging shoppable videos and live streams, primarily focused on TikTok, with content repurposed for Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Travel and Collaboration: Periodically travel to Knoxville, TN, to work out of our 25,000-square-foot warehouse, overseeing content production and working with the team there.
- Simultaneous Broadcasting: Manage multistreaming efforts, ensuring live content is broadcast on secondary platforms such as Instagram and YouTube while focusing on TikTok.
- Editing and Distribution: Oversee post-production editing for content distribution across multiple platforms, maintaining platform-specific best practices.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with videographers, editors, and content assistants across both locations to ensure smooth operations and high-quality content delivery.
- Platform Expertise: Use in-depth knowledge of TikTok’s algorithm and trends to optimize content visibility, engagement, and conversions.
- Analytics and Strategy: Track performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategy to improve engagement and drive results.
- Accommodations and Travel: Enjoy access to our luxury guest condo on the Las Vegas Strip while working in Las Vegas, and stay in comfortable accommodations at our TikTok studio in Knoxville during visits.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in building and managing content studios, particularly for TikTok live streaming and shoppable content.
- Expertise in simultaneous broadcasting to platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Strong video editing skills, with proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.
- Familiarity with multistreaming platforms such as StreamYard or Restream.
- Deep understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and monetization features to drive engagement and conversions.
- Ability to manage multiple content streams and coordinate across teams in different locations.
- Willingness to travel periodically between Las Vegas and Knoxville.
- Experience working with influencers and managing live streams in a professional studio setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with e-commerce and social media monetization, especially in creating shoppable content.
- Knowledge of automation tools and social media management platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Familiarity with cross-platform content distribution and strategy development.
