We are looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager & Content Creator to elevate our brand’s online presence, drive engagement, and manage influencer marketing initiatives.

About the Role

As the Social Media Manager & Content Creator , you will be responsible for developing and executing a compelling social media strategy that is not only visually engaging but also deeply data-driven . You will analyze audience behavior, track campaign performance, and leverage insights to optimize content strategy and influencer collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media strategy focused on audience growth, engagement, and conversions.
• Create high-quality, data-backed content (photos, videos, graphics) for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
• Manage and scale influencer marketing by identifying high-impact partnerships, negotiating collaborations, and measuring performance through clear KPIs.
• Leverage social media analytics (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.) to track performance and inform future content strategies.
• Segment audiences and optimize targeting , ensuring the right content reaches the right people at the right time.
• A/B test content types, posting times, and engagement strategies to refine performance.
• Use data to continuously optimize reach, engagement, and ROI , providing real-time insights and actionable recommendations.
• Stay on top of platform algorithm updates, trends, and competitive benchmarks to refine our approach.
• Oversee community management, engaging with audiences in a way that fosters brand loyalty and advocacy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, and audience analytics (preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries).
• Proven expertise in data analysis, performance tracking, and audience segmentation.
• Experience using social media analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.) to drive optimizations.
• Strong content creation skills , including photography, videography, and basic graphic design (experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to use data-driven insights to refine content, posting schedules, and engagement strategies.
• Experience A/B testing social content and optimizing based on real learnings.
• Proven track record of managing influencer marketing campaigns , including tracking conversions and engagement from partnerships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in the following industries will be prioritized:

• Beauty & Cosmetics (skincare, makeup, haircare, or personal care brands).
• E-commerce & DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) brands.
• Fashion & Lifestyle brands with strong social media presence.
• Digital Marketing Agencies working with beauty or lifestyle brands.
