HEADLINE is a fast-growing social media agency helping brands breakthrough online. We partner with bold brands across food, beverage, wellness, tech, & CPG and are looking for a talented, driven Social Media Manager to join our small team.

This is a hands-on, high-growth role where you’ll work directly with our founder and clients to bring best-in-class social strategies to life. If you love internet culture, emerging channels, love working with creators, and thrive in fast-paced, idea-driven environments — we'd love to chat.

What you’ll do:

• Own social content planning, scheduling, publishing, and optimization across channels like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Groups, Pinterest, Reddit, YouTube and more.
• Brief and collaborate with in-house and contracted creators to bring content ideas to life
• Jump into community management with knowledge of our client brands' voice, tone, and personality
• Track performance and turn data insights into actionable optimizations
• Work directly with client partners to deliver standout results

What you bring:

• 2–4 years managing social media for brands (agency or in-house)
• Exceptional understanding of social media strategy for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Groups, Pinterest, Reddit, YouTube and/or other relevant channels
• Experience briefing creators to produce social media content
• Obsessed with internet culture, trends, and emerging platforms
• Remote-ready (Pacific business hours preferred), proactive, and plugged in
