Position: Assistant Sign Fabricator

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Sign Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sign fabrication, with at least 5+ years of experience, including welding expertise. This role is a key contributor to our production team, ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship in every project.

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate a variety of custom signs, including sign cabinets, monument signs, channel letters, dimensional signs, and more, using a range of materials such as aluminum, metal, wood, acrylic, PVC, etc. 
• Perform welding tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Assist in assembling and finishing signs to meet client specifications.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues to ensure quality standards are met.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in sign fabrication, with a focus on custom and commercial signage.
• Proficiency in welding (MIG/TIG) and working with a variety of metals.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication tools, techniques, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, and technical specifications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in a workshop setting.
