Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Guide, mentor and direct people manager for a group of senior engineers responsible for their professional growth and development
• Design & Development : Create custom Salesforce applications, tailoring solutions to meet business requirements.
• System Integration : Implement and support Salesforce solutions within a multi-system ecosystem, ensuring seamless
• Innovation & Learning: Stay at the forefront of Salesforce innovations by exploring new features, certifications, and modules.
• Testing & Support: Test and support Salesforce solutions, ensuring that every feature works as expected and continuously improving based on user feedback.

Requirements:

• 5-9 years of Salesforce development experience , with a deep understanding of the platform's declarative and programmatic capabilities.
• Leadership Experience in a senior role
• Minimum 3 years of experience in building LWC and Lightning applications.
• Ability to be On-Site in Miami, Florida
