● Lead the UX/UI design process for mobile and casual games from concept to final implementation.
● Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate game concepts into engaging user flows and interfaces.
● Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and test user journeys.
● Conduct user research, analyze player feedback, and iterate designs to enhance player experience
● Define and maintain visual design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across the game.
● Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UX/UI elements.
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices in mobile game UX/UI design.
● 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in the gaming industry.
● Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in mobile game UX/UI design, including wireframes, prototypes, and final interfaces.
● Excellent understanding of player psychology and behavior within casual and mobile games.
● Ability to translate complex design requirements into user-friendly interfaces.
● Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
● Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
● At least an upper-intermediate level of English
