Senior Superintendent

About the Role:

Lead field operations for complex projects with a focus on safety, planning, collaboration, and respect for every individual on the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee site execution, safety, scheduling, and quality
• Lead subcontractor coordination and inspections
• Build positive relationships with inspectors, municipalities, neighbors, and clients
• Drive look-ahead schedules and plan proactively

Ideal Candidate:

• 8+ years of experience managing large ground-up projects
• Strong technical, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to create respectful, efficient, high-performing jobsites
• Skilled at field problem-solving and plan execution
