Job Description

A leading global retail innovation team is seeking an Expert Senior Designer, Store Design to help shape the future of immersive retail environments. This role supports the development of impactful, scalable concepts that elevate physical experiences and connect consumers to brand storytelling in meaningful ways.

The Senior Designer will create and evolve architectural and environmental components across a diverse store portfolio. They will bring a strategic and detail-oriented approach to designing 3D environments, from concept through execution, aligning with global creative direction and business objectives. Responsibilities include developing 3D models, 2D drawings, design standards, and presentation materials; evolving store concepts and visual merchandising; and driving premium storytelling at retail touchpoints.

Working under the direction of a Design Director, this individual will collaborate cross-functionally with brand, marketing, construction, and external agencies to ensure projects are delivered with creative excellence and functional feasibility. The ideal candidate is a future-focused thinker with a passion for materials, space, proportion, and consumer impact, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture, Industrial Design, Environmental Design, or related field
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in retail, experiential, or architectural design
  • Strong understanding of consumer retail environments and their strategic role in brand expression
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, V-Ray, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Keynote
  • Exceptional design presentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proven ability to lead projects, manage timelines and external partners, and influence design direction
  • Knowledge of global trends in design, materiality, and technology
