Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to take on a crucial role in our newly formed Customer Plane product team. The Customer Plane team is responsible for Campaign Management, Goals & Outcomes, Consent Management and Template Management components of our Customer Interaction Suite. You will be responsible for defining and driving the product strategy and roadmap for these components.

This is a hybrid role, we are seeking candidates in the following areas; Reston VA, Matawan, NJ, Tribeca, NY, Atlanta, GA, Santa Clara, CA, and Burbank / Glendale, CA.

Role Details:

You will work closely with an Engineering Manager and cross-functionally with design, marketing and sales teams to deliver exceptional solutions that meet customer needs and enhance our market position. Your expertise is critical to navigating complex regulatory landscapes, optimizing user experiences and ensuring our platform delivers measurable business outcomes.

We are looking for an individual with a startup mentality but able to manage the responsibilities and the scale of a large established platform which caters to customers across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talk to customers and do product discovery, how can we truly add value and differentiate from our competitors?
  • Define a roadmap and KPIs, ensuring alignment across the team and the rest of the org
  • Work with the Engineering Manager to maintain the product backlog and team priorities
  • Build and maintain relations with product stakeholders within and outside the company
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team
  • Anticipate blockers, conflicts and obstacles, and address appropriately to solve them

Must have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • A modern product-led mindset, with a demonstrable ability to express and think in terms of outcomes, not just outputs
  • 3-5 years of Product Management experience in a B2B sales or marketing automation software or customer data platform [CDP] company or a fast-growing startup in an adjacent/equivalent area
  • Minimum 2 years experience with a focus on one or more of the following areas(s):
  • Campaign Management / Audience segmentation
  • Opt-In / Opt-Out Management
  • Content / Template Management
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling Enterprise software products including partnering closely with Engineering and design teams to build and release
  • Comfortable with Cloud and Enterprise Architecture fundamentals.
  • Experience delivering software products leveraging Scrum and Agile methodologies
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams across time zones to get the job done
  • A love for writing, including PRDs and customer-facing collateral
  • Excellent data analysis skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working at Marketing Automation firms like Klaviyo, Hubspot, Marketo
  • Experience working at omni-channel communication firms like Attentive, Postscript, MoEngage
  • Experience working with Analytics platforms like Tableau, Power BI or Spotfire
  • Experience working with GenAI tools and platforms including Azure Co-pilot, Open AI & Gemini
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to Consent and Template Management

Total Compensation (excluding benefits and inclusive of 15% bonus): $167,000-$190,000
