Title: Senior Manager of Data Product & Program Management

Location: Austin, TX; 3 days in-office

About the Opportunity:

Our client is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Product & Program Management to lead a large-scale enterprise data modernization initiative. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, program delivery, and stakeholder engagement, with responsibility for migrating legacy, on-premise data assets to a modern, cloud-based analytics platform.

This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who brings strong product thinking, hands-on program execution experience, and the ability to partner effectively across engineering, analytics, and business teams. The position will play a critical role in shaping how enterprise data is discovered, standardized, governed, and delivered for analytics and reporting use cases.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead structured product discovery with business and technical stakeholders to understand workflows, data usage, reporting needs, and pain points
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable product definitions for standardized and analytics-ready data layers
• Own end-to-end program delivery for enterprise data migration initiatives, including planning, execution, dependencies, and risk management
• Serve as product owner and program lead for core data pipelines integrating enterprise systems into the cloud analytics platform
• Partner closely with data engineering, analytics, and architecture teams to ensure alignment between business priorities and technical delivery
• Drive stakeholder communication, change management, and adherence to enterprise data governance and quality standards

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience leading complex data, analytics, or platform initiatives in enterprise environments
• Proven success delivering large-scale cloud-based data platform migrations (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, AWS ecosystems)
• Experience working with CRM or operational system data models, integrations, and downstream analytics use cases
• Strong command of agile delivery practices and tools, including Jira and backlog management
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage senior stakeholders, and communicate effectively
• Highly structured, execution-oriented leader who thrives in fast-paced, transformational environments
