Here's the deal—we’re looking for an experienced and talented senior designer that can handle multiple clients and projects at once, has an acute attention to detail, loves branding, print design, good creative communications and is comfortable with all of the necessary design tools on a Mac. Can you draw? You need to have a killer portfolio, and be able to work on a lot of different types of design work, including print, web, branding, trade shows, digital, social and be able to do it with the hands of a craftsman (or craftswoman).
The right candidate needs to hit the ground running, and must have at least three years of experience with an agency or in-house team. Design experience in manufacturing or other B2B industries is helpful, but not necessary.

This is a full-time, on-location position here in beautiful Wheaton, Illinois. We do a hybrid WFH thing, but we also believe that creative growth and success very much happens in an environment with other creative talent to surround you.
