Job Description: Insight Global is looking for a Financial Analyst for an enterprise healthcare organization in Oceanport, NJ. This role involves creating detailed analyses of financial data, including FTEs, charges, statistics, and reconciliations, to identify system-wide opportunities. The analyst will collaborate with department heads to understand financial operations, assist in researching budget variances, and develop plans to offset them. Responsibilities include reviewing general ledger accounts, proposing adjustments, and resolving accounting issues in accordance with GAAP. The analyst will also review vendor statements, address discrepancies, and identify potential payment delays. Proficiency in Excel, strong initiative, excellent interpersonal skills, and a keen analytic mind are essential.
