Job Title: Senior Finance & Compliance Analyst (Onsite)

Location: Rhinebeck, NY

Salary: $120,000 - $130,000

Job Summary:

Top Workforce Solutions is actively seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Finance & Compliance Analyst to join our team onsite in Rhinebeck, NY .

This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, coordinating audits, preparing taxes, and overseeing compliance across multiple subsidiaries. Operating in a dynamic, decentralized environment, the successful candidate will collaborate across various functions to enhance processes and drive efficiencies.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and deliver monthly and quarterly consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.

· Collaborate closely with the CFO and external advisors to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of annual tax filings.

· Oversee statutory submission processes and address regulatory inquiries across multiple entities and states in coordination with registered agents.

· Work alongside the Director of Finance during the bi-annual audits under US GAAP and IFRS standards, liaising directly with external auditors and subsidiary finance teams.

· Lead the internal control audits for designated subsidiaries annually.

· Support the internal controls review process by analyzing subsidiary responses and ensuring completion of corrective action plans with proper documentation.

· Act as a subject matter expert for subsidiaries, providing guidance on systems, procedures, and technical accounting issues.

· Encourage compliance with best practices and corporate policies.

· Play an active role in process enhancement projects and system integration efforts.

· Engage in special projects and prepare ad hoc reports as required. Offer cross-functional support within the Finance department whenever necessary.

Qualifications :

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation preferred.

· 5 years plus of progressive accounting experience, preferably within a multi-entity or global organization.

· Strong familiarity with US GAAP; IFRS experience is advantageous.

· Proven track record supporting external audits and preparing consolidated financial statements.

· High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems.

· Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
