Job Description

We've partnered with a $100M steel erector company looking to hire a Senior Estimator in Cincinnati, OH.

Responsibilities:

• Review construction bid documents.
• Calculate the values of administration, procurement, materials, equipment, and material installation.
• Evaluate bid specifications and drawings.
• Follow up with general contractors.
• Lead, direct, and coordinate daily project management.
• Set up job reports for cost analysis and help facilitate job completion.
• Create clear and attainable project objectives, build project requirements, and manage project management constraints (cost, time, scope, quality, etc.).

Requirements:

• Project management degree, estimating training, and/or 10+ years in the construction industry
• 4+ years of experience working for a steel erector
• Acute attention to detail and extensive knowledge in the steel construction trade
• Strong computer skills with emphasis on Bluebeam, and Project Management software
