Senior Brand Ambassador – North Carolina

Remote (within 100 miles of Greensboro)

Role Overview

A fast-growing wire tie systems company, supplying to end users in the recycling and waste sectors, is expanding its brand presence across North America following a recent acquisition by a global investment firm , with a 5-year plan for significant growth and capital investment.

As Brand Manager, you’ll take ownership of regional brand visibility and engagement . You'll work cross-functionally with marketing, market intelligence, and executive leadership to promote the company at industry events and across digital platforms .

This role is ideal for someone who's built brand strategies before , knows how to connect with B2B audiences, and thrives on autonomy.

Salary & Benefits

• $90,000–$140,000 salary DOE
• 3 weeks PTO

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the brand at trade shows, sustainability forums, and industry events
• Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to shape content and messaging
• Promote the company across social and digital platforms with strategic intent
• Gather insights from the field to shape brand direction and campaign focus
• Work remotely with travel involved for trade shows (heavier in the first half of the year)

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years in branding, marketing or B2B promotional roles
• Background in recycling, steel, manufacturing, or industrial supply
• Proven ability to work independently and drive brand growth from the ground up
• Bachelor’s degree minimum
• Must be based within 100 miles of Greensboro
• Fully authorized to work in the U.S.
