Role Overview: The Senior Art Director will serve as a creative visionary, responsible for shaping and elevating the brand’s visual identity and storytelling across all consumer touchpoints. This role will lead art direction, graphic design, and content creation efforts, collaborating closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic thinking, creative innovation, and leadership excellence to drive impactful campaigns across digital, retail, and marketing channels.

Senior Art Director Responsibilities:

• Oversee the visual direction and tone of all creative projects, ensuring a cohesive and elevated brand experience.
• Concept and execute compelling campaigns, from initial ideation through final implementation, across digital, social, and experiential platforms.
• Direct photoshoots, video productions, and post-production processes, including retouching, editing, and layout design.
• Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and production teams to achieve the desired creative outcomes.
• Lead the development of paid media and social-first storytelling, ensuring content aligns with brand strategy and business objectives.
• Partner with leadership to set creative priorities, align on brand vision, and drive innovative initiatives.
• Manage and mentor a team of designers and creatives, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
• Maintain strong cross-functional relationships across Marketing, E-commerce, Retail, and Operations to ensure seamless creative execution.
• Oversee external partners and freelance talent, ensuring consistency and excellence across all deliverables.
• Champion new creative technologies and digital trends to continuously evolve the brand’s creative output.

Senior Art Director Qualifications:

• 10+ years of art direction experience within fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands.
• Proven leadership in managing and inspiring creative teams.
• Strong portfolio showcasing concept development, brand storytelling, and campaign execution across multiple platforms.
• Deep understanding of digital, social media, and emerging creative technologies, including AI and CGI innovation.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to translate business goals into compelling creative solutions.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Robust professional network of creative collaborators, including photographers, stylists, and production partners.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of visual direction and design integrity.
