LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Search Marketing Specialist to enhance our client's product and brand discoverability across all search environments. This role includes SEO, ASO, internal site search optimization, and broader discoverability strategies. The ideal candidate will drive organic traffic, ensuring customers can easily find our client. The ideal candidate is someone tech-savvy, eager to learn, and passionate about improving the customer journey and expanding online reach.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies for SEO, ASO, and internal search optimization
• Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and trends
• Optimize product descriptions, titles, and metadata for better discoverability
• Monitor and analyze search performance to identify improvement areas
• Enhance app store listings to boost visibility and downloads
• Track app store rankings and user reviews to inform optimization strategies
• Improve internal site search accuracy and relevance based on user data
• Update website and app content, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular audits
• Maintain and configure Shopify themes and app platforms
• Analyze website and app analytics to identify trends and optimize performance
• Support A/B testing and other optimization strategies
• Research and implement new tools to enhance the customer experience
• Translate customer feedback into actionable improvements
• Assist with system integrations, API management, and data security measures
• Perform routine operational tasks and support project management efforts

Qualifications:

• Retail/Fashion experience highly preferred
• Proficient in website, app, and search engine functionality
• Experience with SEO and ASO is a plus
• Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficient in common software applications; familiarity with Shopify is a bonus
• Willingness to complete repetitive tasks

Salary: starting at $60,000 (based on experience)
