Role Overview:
Provide day-to-day Salesforce support as required during a team member’s parental leave. The role focuses on day-to-day support for Salesforce CRM across three instances, not project management. Focus on processing tickets, change requests, troubleshooting, and maintaining system functionality.

  • 3+ years of Salesforce technical experience

  • CPQ experience 
  • Strong technical skills emphasized over cultural/team fit
  • Experience working with offshore teams preferred


Job Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of industry experience as a Salesforce business analyst or similar role, with a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities and capabilities
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Knowledge of Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) 
  • Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) experience 
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver results with aggressive timelines
  • Able and willing to work independently and in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences that are in a geographically dispersed environment
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently, and can produce high quality technical documentation and analysis
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to grasp concepts quickly
  • Demonstrate sharp, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies
