$30,000 Guaranteed Base Salary + Commission

Expected First-Year Earnings: $45,000–$65,000

Full-Time | In-Office | Commission Eligible

What You’ll Do:

• Sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial Insurance using a consultative, needs-based approach
• Generate new business through warm leads, referrals, outbound calls, and professional networking
• Advise clients on coverage options tailored to their needs
• Build and maintain client relationships within Castle Rock and nearby communities
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in sales or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
• Must be able to obtain a Colorado Property & Casualty insurance license within 30 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Property & Casualty license in Colorado
• Prior insurance or financial services experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
