Location & Hours

  • Location: Murfreesboro, TN – In-office role (within 20 miles) with local travel for client meetings and open houses.
  • Hours: Full-time with flexible scheduling, including some evenings and weekends for open houses and client needs.
Compensation:

$39,000 - $45,000 Base + Commission - Bonus Options

Responsibilities:

As my Sales Production Partner, you'll be at the heart of our operations, taking on key tasks to ensure seamless transactions and exceptional client experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • File Management & Organization: Meticulously clean up and organize client files, ensuring smooth, error-free transactions.
  • Document Follow-Up: Proactively track and secure trailing documents to keep deals moving forward efficiently.
  • Client Communication: Monitor incoming texts, emails, and messages from clients, responding promptly and scheduling regular follow-ups to build lasting relationships.
  • Field Engagement: Represent our brand by meeting and assisting me with private clients, hosting open houses, and attending client meetings, often after hours or on weekends.
  • Support My Vision: Partner with me to manage the pipeline, freeing me to close deals while you expertly handle critical operational and client-facing tasks.

Requirements:

  • Dependable Transportation: You must have a reliable vehicle in good condition for local travel to client meetings and open houses.
  • Local Residence: You must reside within a 20-mile radius of Murfreesboro, TN, ensuring quick access to our office and client locations.
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
