Job Description

Our client is a well-established and growing food and beverage distribution company with 40 distribution centers around the U.S. They are currently seeking a Sales Manager to help manage, mentor, and develop an existing sales team and book of business.

Sales Manager – (On Site - Cincinnati):

• Will oversee and work with an existing staff
• MUST have experience working in the food or beverage industry
• Analyze sales data and make recommendations for improving performance
• Recommend and implement improvements in sales methods and procedures
• Will report directly to, and work closely with, the General Manager and coordinate with the production and procurement teams in regards to forecasting and demand planning
• Excellent communication skills are required
• Base salary likely $105-$115k base + bonus, car allowance, benefits, 401k, etc
