About the Role -

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive growth in the recycling and solid waste sector. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales leader with deep industry knowledge, strong relationships, and a passion for promoting transformative technologies.

This role is critical in helping ROVOX expand its presence and impact in the recycling industry by developing and executing innovative sales strategies and fostering key partnerships.

Responsibilities -

Prepare and present regular operational and financial reports for the sales department

Collaborate with internal teams on cross-selling initiatives and joint marketing campaigns to enhance visibility and profitability.

  • Have strong relationships with key industry stakeholders (e.g., WM, RSG, Waste Connections, GFL)
  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the recycling and solid waste industry.
  • Lead the promotion and sales of ROVOX products to major industry players.
  • Oversee the sales team’s performance, development, and professional growth.
  • Prepare and present regular operational and financial reports for the sales department.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on cross-selling initiatives and joint marketing campaigns to enhance visibility and profitability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years' of sales leadership experience
  • 15+ years' of experience in sales
  • Strong leadership skills
