Position Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Development Team Leader who will manage and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales development, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving team success. This role is crucial in shaping our sales strategy, coaching SDRs, and ensuring that our pipeline remains robust and healthy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of SDRs to meet and exceed their targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads and appointments for the sales team.
  • Monitor team performance and provide ongoing feedback, training, and support.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and outreach processes.
  • Maintain and analyze performance metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, team meetings, and performance reviews.
  • Foster a positive and motivating team environment that encourages professional growth.

  • Great Knowledge of all the leading sales development tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
  • Proven experience in a sales development or similar role, with at least 1-2 years of team management experience.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and lead generation tactics.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their goals.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
