As we scale, we're seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to help us connect with US enterprises ready to embrace the future of internal tool development.

Role Overview

As an SDR at ToolJet, you'll be at the forefront of our US market expansion, identifying and engaging with enterprise prospects who can benefit from our AI-powered platform. You'll work directly with our San Francisco-based leadership team to build our sales pipeline and contribute to our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn) to enterprise prospects.
  • Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking.
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to product and marketing teams.
  • Achieve monthly targets for qualified meetings and opportunities created.
  • Develop expertise in ToolJet's platform and the AI-powered development landscape.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in enterprise software, developer tools, or AI solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
  • Excellent research and prospecting capabilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems (we use HubSpot) and sales automation tools (Apollo, Instantly, Orum, Factors, etc).
  • Self-motivated with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Passion for technology and interest in AI/ML applications.

San Francisco, CA (preferred) or Remote (US timezones)
