About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our growing sales and marketing team. While other companies refer to this role as an SDR or BDR, we view it as an integral part of the customer engagement process to help enable our partners (not yet customers) in a world class buying experience. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, playing a crucial role in generating qualified leads and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with prospects, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our Sales team. Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Proactively identify and research potential leads through various channels and tools, including social media, company websites, and industry publications.
  • Utilize sales tools and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to manage and track leads.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns via email, phone, and social media.

Prospect Engagement:

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to engage with prospects and introduce our products/services.
  • Manage inbound leads generated through various channels.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria, including budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions to potential customers.

Appointment Setting:

  • Schedule qualified appointments for the sales organization to conduct product demonstrations and further sales discussions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and appointments.

Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and performance metrics.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus, but entry-level candidates with a strong desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms is also a plus.
