We’re seeking an Aggressive Account Sales Manager to dominate the Miami Metro/Pompano Beach market in the commercial and residential roofing industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect New Business: Identify and target potential customers using various methods, including social media, trade shows, and cold calling.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Product Presentation: Present and demonstrate our roofing solutions, clearly communicating their features and benefits to potential clients.
  • Deal Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate sales terms and close deals with a focus on maximizing profitability.
  • Bid Preparation: Provide the estimating department with necessary photos and documents to prepare accurate bids.
  • Estimate Coordination: Ensure timely completion of estimates by working closely with the estimating team.
  • Networking: Represent the company at industry events and networking groups, both during and after work hours.
  • Sales Targets: Maintain and exceed assigned sales quotas while adhering to company guidelines.
  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service and support to build lasting client relationships.
  • Market Expansion: Develop connections with property managers, condo associations, commercial property owners, and facility managers.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate sales reports and track progress towards monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Additional Duties: Complete other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven sales experience in the roofing industry preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal abilities for representing the company and building rapport with clients.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with computer applications; CRM experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual: English/Spanish bilingual skills preferred.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets with a proactive approach.

Requisitos:

  • La experiencia de CRM es una ventaja.
  • Se prefiere experiencia previa en ventas en la industria de techos.
