We are looking for a skilled RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath. The candidate will have experience in automating business processes, integrating RPA solutions with existing systems, and optimizing workflows for efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions to automate business processes.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand process automation requirements.
Develop and maintain reusable automation components and libraries.
Perform process assessments to identify automation opportunities and feasibility.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing RPA solutions.
Optimize and improve bots for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and best practices for RPA development.
Provide training and support for end-users and teams implementing RPA solutions.
Monitor and maintain RPA environments, ensuring smooth operations.
Stay updated with the latest RPA tools, trends, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in RPA development using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C#, Java, or VB.NET.
Experience with process automation, workflow design, and system integration.
Knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and API integrations.
Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their applications in automation is a plus.
