Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled RPA Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation development, particularly with Blue Prism and PowerShell scripting. This role will involve end-to-end development, from process analysis to implementation and maintenance of RPA solutions.

Skills and Requirements
Required Qualifications:
-5+ years of RPA development experience, with a focus on Blue Prism
-Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting
-Demonstrated experience in developing, testing, and deploying RPA solutions
-Ability to analyze and understand existing code
-Solid understanding of automation best practices and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
-Blue Prism Developer Certification
-Experience integrating RPA solutions with other platforms or APIs
-Familiarity with other RPA tools like UiPath or Automation Anywhere
-Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems integration. This role is ONSITE, so you must live/work near St Louis, MO
Pay Rate between $55-60/hr (based on location and experience) null
