As a Room Attendant at El Encanto, a Belmond hotel, you are part of a team that brings impeccable room care to life through preparation and guest satisfaction. In this role, you will prepare guest rooms with meticulous detail, to ensure a luxurious and welcoming guest experience, while also looking after the room for the rest of the guests’ duration with us. Requirements

Primary Responsibilities Include

· Taking pride in impeccably preparing rooms for incoming guests through cleaning, and replenishing linens, towels, and amenities to create a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere

· Providing thorough cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces, paying close attention to detail and ensuring that cleanliness standards are met or exceeded

· Attending to various guest requests such as providing extra amenities, or offering information about hotel services and facilities in a helpful, professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction

· Reporting maintenance issues or damages to guest rooms to the appropriate department for prompt resolution and to ensure a meticulous environment for guests

What You Bring: Requirements

· Ability to engage in physical tasks such as lifting, pushing carts, and standing for extended periods

· An eye for detail to ensure that rooms are properly cleaned, supplies are replenished, and any maintenance issues are reported

· A respect for guests’ privacy; upholding professionalism and integrity when handling guest belongings with care and maintain confidentiality regarding guest information

· Effective time management skills to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
