Job Description

Job Duties / Responsibilities? *

• Planning and providing nursing care, including pain management.
• Taking and recording vital signs
• Recording treatments and lab results
• Documenting patient information and following physicians’ orders
• Continually assessing and addressing enrollee needs and impact on HEDIS
• Developing, updating and coordinating the patient’s plan of care to achieve patient goals
• Providing treatment and support to individuals with mental illness, substance abuse, and other behavioral issues

Job Requirements: Experience / License / Certification / Education etc.

At least 1 years’ experience- Required.

BLS – Required
RN License
