Virtus Healthcare Staffing is searching for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our partner's Emergency Services team in Everett, WA. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and skilled nurse to provide critical, fast-paced care to a diverse patient population. As an RN in Emergency Services, you will be a vital member of a dynamic healthcare team, responsible for assessing, triaging, and treating patients with a wide variety of urgent and emergent conditions. Your role is central to stabilizing patients, managing complex medical situations, and providing a high level of care under pressure. This position requires a professional with strong clinical skills and the ability to think critically in a rapidly changing environment.

• Provide rapid patient assessment and triage in a fast-paced emergency setting.

• Stabilize patients and administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

• Manage and operate a variety of medical equipment.

• Collaborate with physicians, paramedics, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.

• Educate and provide support to patients and their families, helping them understand their conditions and treatment.

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.

• Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

  • A Washington Registered Nurse License is required upon hire.

  • A National Provider BLS from the American Heart Association is required upon hire.

  • A National Provider ACLS from the American Heart Association is required upon hire.

  • A National Provider PALS from the American Heart Association is required upon hire.

  • A minimum of 1 year of nursing experience is required.

• Preferred Qualifications:

  • National Certification in your area of specialty.
