Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for collecting and using hourly and daily service measurement data to optimize the LTE network.
• Representing the team for feature-related projects, new node integration, and other centralized tasks by meeting deliverables and holding other parties accountable per project plan.
• Troubleshooting hardware and performance problems independently or by coordinating with other teams.
• Supporting Network Performance in evaluating and improving areas of poor coverage by identifying system performance problems.
• Reported issues to appropriate engineers.
• Resolving customer service issues, assisting in implementing solutions, and collecting drive test data in support of performance evaluations and build program prioritization..

Must-Have Skills

• Experience with Ericsson OEM
• Experience with Drive testing and RF optimization
• Must have a valid driving license
