Job Description

Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

Location: Southfield, MI

Duration: 13 weeks (Possibility of extension)

Shift: (3x12hrs) GT-36hrs

Local Pay: $48 - $50/hr

Travel Pay: $50 - $53/hr

Duties: -

• Assessing patients' respiratory conditions and lung function through diagnostic tests and patient interviews.
• Administering treatments such as oxygen therapy, medications, and chest physiotherapy to improve respiratory health.
• Educating patients and their families on respiratory conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
• Collaborating with doctors and nurses to develop and adjust patient care plans based on ongoing assessments and test results.

Requirements:

• Preferred candidates have NICU experience
• If working ICU could have possibly 6 beds (can vary)
• If working in treatment 1 to 20 patients (can vary)

Certifications/Licenses: -

• RRT is required.
• BLS-AHA is required.
