About the Role:

As an Residential Security Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their assets. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to perform effectively under high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities:

  • Safeguard assigned clients and properties in residential environments.
  • Conduct routine patrols to monitor premises and identify potential security risks.
  • Maintain vigilance, systems and promptly respond to any suspicious activity.
  • React quickly and effectively to emergencies or incidents.
  • Document and report all incidents in a timely and detailed manner.
  • Maintain a detailed log of all daily activities and events.
  • Implement access control measures to prevent unauthorized entry.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into security breaches or incidents.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary.
  • Utilize surveillance techniques to gather intelligence and prevent potential threats.
  • Manage conflicts or disputes while maintaining a professional and composed demeanor.

Qualifications:

  • Valid BSIS Guard Card/Security Registration.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening and criminal background check.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick, strategic decisions.
  • Ability to develop and enforce security policies and procedures.
  • Experience working with CCTV systems and other security technologies.
  • Experience with drafting detailed incident reports.
  • Experience handling security and safety incidents, including post-incident analysis and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong observation skills.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Reside within a 25 mile radius from Los Angeles, CA.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Valid BSIS Exposed Firearm permit.
  • Clean driving history and driver's record.
  • Previous military or law enforcement experience.
  • Previous protective services/residential security experience.
