The Remote Virtual Assistant role at Corcept Therapeutics involves providing virtual administrative and operational support to various teams and executives within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage scheduling and organize virtual meetings.
• Provide email management and respond to correspondence on behalf of team members.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Create, edit, and format reports, documents, and presentations.
• Assist with travel arrangements and expense tracking.
• Handle other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a virtual assistant or administrative role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in office tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration platforms like Zoom or Slack.
