Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Remote Vacation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting personalized vacation packages, ensuring every detail aligns with our clients' preferences and safety needs. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their travel goals, offer expert advice, and secure bookings with trusted travel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their vacation preferences, budget, and any special needs, including allergy concerns.
  • Custom Itinerary Planning: Design and recommend personalized vacation packages, including flights, accommodations, activities, and dining options that align with clients' interests and safety requirements.
  • Booking & Reservations: Handle all aspects of travel bookings, including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and more. Ensure all bookings are accurate and meet clients' expectations.
  • Customer Service: Maintain a high level of communication with clients throughout the planning process, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience from start to finish.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and promotions to offer the best options to clients.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by offering additional services and upgrades to enhance clients’ travel experiences.
  • Documentation: Prepare and provide detailed travel documents, including itineraries, vouchers, and safety information.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Prior experience in travel planning, sales, or customer service is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. 
  • Attitude: Passionate about travel and helping others, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in travel, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
  • Work Environment: Must be self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
