The Remote Travel Marketing Director will be at the forefront of our marketing department, responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our company's goals and values. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the marketing team in the creation of compelling content, campaigns, and promotions across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.

  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities and challenges within the travel industry.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that have driven growth and brand engagement.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, analytics tools, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
