Job Description
Test Planning & Coordination:
Estimate, plan, and coordinate testing activities for PEGA CDH application enhancements and new features.
Collaborate with Lead Decision Architects, Lead System Architects, and Business Architects to monitor and close defects.
Organize and prioritize tester activities to ensure effective and timely completion of testing cycles.
Hands-On Testing:
Execute functional, regression, and end-to-end testing on PEGA CDH components, including Communication Alerts.
Script and automate tests using Selenium, Java, and JavaScript (or similar automation tools).
Validate CDH Decision strategies and Next-Best-Action logic based on configured rules.
Perform environment-specific configuration changes as directed by development teams.
API & Data Integration Testing:
Design and execute test cases for APIs and data integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between PEGA and external sources.
Verify data accuracy and integrity across integrated systems.
Test Management & Documentation:
Utilize Test Management tools (Rational Tool Suite, JIRA/RQM/RTC) to track test cases, defects, and progress.
Review business requirements, drive test data requests, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Document and report defects, create Service Requests (SRs), and maintain clear communication with framework and development teams.
Agile Collaboration:
Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives) and support onshore/offshore team collaboration.
Accurately estimate testing timelines and drive the team to meet deliverables.
Demonstrate CDH application features to clients and lead business users through user acceptance testing (UAT).
Continuous Improvement:
Proactively identify opportunities to improve team performance and testing processes.
Support E2E testing and validation for PEGA CDH solutions.

Skills and Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of QA Testing experience, with hands-on expertise in PEGA 8.x/CDH platform(s).
Experience scripting in Selenium, Java, and JavaScript or similar automation tools.
Proficiency with Test Management tools: Rational Tool Suite, JIRA/RQM/RTC.
Strong experience testing APIs and data integrations.
Deep understanding of Agile principles and experience working in Agile environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
Ability to work collaboratively in onshore/offshore support models.
