Hello!
Join our team at VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER as an owner-operator of Reefer Cargo Vans and Box trucks. We operate under independent contractor agreements, offering competitive rates and room for negotiation with our experienced dispatchers.

Competitive Rates:

• Sprinter Reefers (Long Miles, Good Areas): $1.25 - $1.65 per mile.
• Sprinter Reefers (Long Miles, Challenging Areas): $1.00 - $1.30 per mile.
• Canada – Sprinter Reefers: $1.55 - $2.05 per mile.
• 12 - 16 ft Box Trucks Reefers (Long Miles, All Areas): $1.60 - $2.00 per mile.
• Canada - 12 - 26 ft Box Trucks: $2.00 - $2.60 per mile.

Basic Requirements:

• Ownership of a Sprinter Reefer or 12-16ft Box Truck Reefer.
• Legal residency status (US citizen, resident, green card, or work authorization holder).
• The minimum age requirement is 21 for both operators and drivers.
• Proficiency in basic English; Russian speakers are also welcome.
• All drivers must be registered and approved by VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER.
• Please note, that we exclusively engage independent contractors and do not hire company drivers.

Vehicle Requirements:

• Sprinter Vans should be food-grade and manufactured no earlier than 2016.
• 12 - 16ft Box Trucks should be food grade and manufactured no earlier than 2014.
• All vehicles must be equipped with a minimum of 4 straps and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Removal of all external decals.
• Prior notification to VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER for any modifications to vehicles, along with updated registration and insurance documentation.
• Minimum of 6 months driving experience.

Compensation:

Potential for a minimum average monthly salary of $10,000 or more, dependent on factors such as vehicle type, commitment to work, payload capacity, possession of Hazmat certification, TSA/TWIC cards, and timely communication.
