Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

  • Executes the recruiting strategy outlined by the Director of Recruiting & Lead Recruiter to target and place employees for staffing assignments
  • Manages the hiring process through sourcing and interviewing candidates, offering, and negotiating positions, credentialing, and setting up the candidate for success with basic onboarding procedures
  • Source talent through Applicant Tracking System (ATS) , Job Boards, Social Media, and additional resources
  • Processes client job orders received
  • Works closely with the payroll team to assist in making sure all employees are paid correctly in a timely fashion
  • Checks in with and updates the team daily with status of every job order and productivity
  • Updates internal database procedures pertaining to candidates, clients, job orders, and assignments
  • Responsible for presenting candidates to Clients
  • Maintain communication with candidates currently working, as well as candidates looking for work
  • Work with team to resolve any issues regarding clients and candidates
  • Work with clients to best fill their needs and manage contingent labor on assignment
  • Keep all candidates and job orders updated in ATS
  • Adding job orders to system when received
  • Ensure all Candidates are trained on client specific policies and procedures
  • Completes miscellaneous administrative tasks that include but are not limited to: Attendance/Policy Forms, On-Boarding, and Background Checks

Qualifications and Education Requirements

High School Diploma or Higher

1+ Year of Work Experience in staffing or other recruitment-based roles
