Job Description

We're seeking a receptionist to fill a role with an established company in the greater Pasadena, CA area! Pay rate: $18-21/hr. DOE. This is a temporary open ended position.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Manage appointment scheduling
• Maintain a tidy reception area

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong organizational abilities
• Previous experience in a receptionist role is a plus
