Job Description

Our client, a global law firm ranked consistently among the top firms on the Am Law Global 100, is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join their Miami office. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of one of the most respected Real Estate Practices in the nation, working alongside dynamic legal professionals on a wide range of high-impact commercial real estate matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financings.
  • Represent both entrepreneurial and institutional clients on local and national real estate matters.
  • Take significant transactional responsibility with direct client contact.
  • Work closely with the firm’s Co-Global Chair of Real Estate and other shareholders.
  • Receive personalised mentoring focused on both legal excellence and business development.
  • Engage in a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and advancement.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
  • Demonstrated experience in acquisitions, dispositions, debt and equity financings, leasing, and development.
  • Prior experience at a regional or national law firm.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility for admission.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a high energy level, and a detail-oriented approach.
  • A proactive attitude and a commitment to excellence in a fast-paced environment.
